Personal and identification information

Personal information: any information regarding the physical person, identified or identifiable, including indirectly, by means of reference to any other information, including a personal identification number. Identification data: personal data that enables direct identification of the person concerned (by way of example, name, surname, email address, address, telephone number, etc.).
Navigation data

The computer systems and the software procedures assigned to the functioning of this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified persons but which, by their very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the identification of the users. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (correct outcome, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the computer environment of the user.   1. Purpose of the processing for which consent is granted where requested (Articles 23, 24 Legislative Decree 196/03)

Data of a personal nature voluntarily provided shall undergo processing for the following purposes, until an objection is raised:

  • any contact request, with the sending of information requested by you; the user can in fact contact the Company using the telephone number and email address located in the “Contacts” section, where the user can find references to the individual structures.   1. Method of the processing – Retention

The processing is carried out with automated and paper instruments.

The processing shall be carried out in automated and manual form, with methods and instruments aimed at ensuring the utmost security and confidentiality by subjects specifically assigned to the processing in compliance with the provisions of articles 31 and subsequent of Legislative Decree 196/03. The data acquired will be kept for a period of time no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and subsequently processed.


  1. Scope of communication and dissemination

Limited to the processing carried out through this website, the providers of technological services of which the Data Controller makes use for the activities of managing the aforementioned website (in addition to the Data Controller’s appointees) may be made aware of any information.

No dissemination of data shall be carried out. The data shall not be communicated to third-party subjects.

In accordance with the aforementioned article, the person concerned may obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them and find out their content and origin, verify their accuracy or ask for the data to be supplemented, updated or corrected. The person concerned has the right to ask for the deletion, conversion into anonymous form or the blockage of data processed in breach of the law, object for legitimate reasons to their processing, object to the processing of that data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales materials or to carry out market research or commercial communication.

  1. Amendments to the privacy information briefing

The Data Controller reserves the right to amend, update, add or remove parts of this information briefing on privacy at its own discretion at any time.
