In compliance with Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196 (Privacy Code) and subsequent amendments, we herewith provide the necessary information with regard to the processing of the personal data provided by you.

Personal and identification information

The computer systems and the software procedures assigned to the functioning of this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols. - Method of the processing – Retention
The processing is carried out with automated and paper instruments.
The processing shall be carried out in automated and manual form, with methods and instruments aimed at ensuring the utmost security and confidentiality by subjects specifically assigned to the processing in compliance with the provisions of articles 31 and subsequent of Legislative Decree 196/03. The data acquired will be kept for a period of time no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and subsequently processed.
- Scope of communication and dissemination
Limited to the processing carried out through this website, the providers of technological services of which the Data Controller makes use for the activities of managing the aforementioned website (in addition to the Data Controller’s appointees) may be made aware of any information.
No dissemination of data shall be carried out. The data shall not be communicated to third-party subjects.

The person concerned can assert the rights referred to in Article 7 of the Privacy Code by sending an email to the address email@example.com.
In accordance with the aforementioned article, the person concerned may obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them and find out their content and origin, verify their accuracy or ask for the data to be supplemented, updated or corrected. The person concerned has the right to ask for the deletion, conversion into anonymous form or the blockage of data processed in breach of the law, object for legitimate reasons to their processing, object to the processing of that data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales materials or to carry out market research or commercial communication.
Should you contact the Data Controller, you will be asked to provide your email address, name, address and/or telephone numbers in order to enable the request to be managed correctly.
- Amendments to the privacy information briefing
The Data Controller reserves the right to amend, update, add or remove parts of this information briefing on privacy at its own discretion at any time.
