{"id":5888,"date":"2019-12-02T18:29:45","date_gmt":"2019-12-02T17:29:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/adhoccommunication.it\/politica-della-qualita\/"},"modified":"2023-11-09T17:36:11","modified_gmt":"2023-11-09T16:36:11","slug":"politica-della-qualita","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/adhoccommunication.it\/en\/politica-della-qualita\/","title":{"rendered":"Quality Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Quality of our service is a key factor for the success of AD HOC.<br \/>\nIn this perspective, our primary goal is complete customer satisfaction both in terms of the work carried out and the<br \/>\nservice; being selected and appreciated by our Customers means excelling in terms of efficiency, quality,<br \/>\nperformance and image.<\/p>\n<p>In order to achieve the quality objectives set, AD HOC intends to promote and develop the following initiatives:<br \/>\n&#8211; Creation and implementation of a Quality Program according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard;<br \/>\n&#8211; Creation, implementation and support of a \u201cQuality\u201d department to ensure the proper and adequate<br \/>\nmanagement of the program;<br \/>\n&#8211; Involvement of all departments and Consultants with a view to customer satisfaction by means of compliance<br \/>\nof work carried out, competitive prices, flexibility and punctuality in the provision of the Service;<br \/>\n&#8211; Official certification of the Quality System by an independent accredited Certification Body;<br \/>\n&#8211; Compliance with workplace safety and hygiene regulations;<br \/>\n&#8211; Targeted recruitment of consultants according to DESTINATION teams, their enhancement and growth over<br \/>\ntime;<br \/>\n&#8211; Attention to clients&#8217; ESG strategies to be supported, where required, with strategic advisory interventions.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the following objectives to increase business improvement have been set:<br \/>\n1. Creation of a Quality System and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 Certification;<br \/>\n2. Study, activation and management of a system to measure the level of Customer satisfaction;<br \/>\n3. Implementation, based on the results of the study mentioned in point 2, of actions aimed at improving any<br \/>\ncritical areas that emerge;<br \/>\n4. Creation of a monitoring detection system for work carried out;<br \/>\n5. Constant survey of consultant satisfaction and any critical areas through periodic meetings of the office<br \/>\nmanager with the resources;<br \/>\n6. Maintaining the work activity in a smart working mode particularly appreciated by Ad Hoc&#8217;s resources;<br \/>\n7.
